  • Breezy late 70's hippie commune folk out of California. Great instrumentation like 6 & 12-string guitars, dulcimer, suntar, dulcimer, zither and keyboards. Plenty of percussion featuring tibetan bells, congas, trap-drums, bongos and chimes. The songs range from care free whimsical folk pop to songs more focused on chanting and drones. The real winners are the two long tracks ending each side. All in all one of my favourite records.Fun fact: the mastermind behind the record, Mark "Gurumukh" Harris was the self proclaimed "first black man on acid" and the wizard/rabbit image on the front cover comes from a sheet of LSD.
