Promotional advance CD of 3 songs from "Humanity Bleak", in an 8.5"x11" thick-glossy folder that velcro's shut. Front is a large uncropped copy of the album artwork, inside (pictured) has a plastic CD sleeve attached to one side with the CD and album cover inside (this version of the cover says "Humanity Bleak: Promotional Copy"), with a band photo, contact info, lineup and info on the release of the album. Back cover has an alternate band photo, the full album tracklist and alternate contact info.
This rare promotional version also includes an official Dofka Press Pack, which consists of an 8.5"x11" double sided press page with band biography and several reviews written on the album from advance copies sent to various magazines and websites. The double-sided promo sheet is housed in a thick glossy wrap-around cover, covered in extensive additional artwork, including the art from several Dofka concert flyers.

The "DTM" on the front of the wrap-around press pack cover stands for "Dofka: True Metal".
